Members might recognize a familiar face as our new Member Relations Coordinator. Vicki Sullivan has joined the Pool Administration team, after spending the last eight years with our partners at T. Charles Wilson Insurance Service (TCW).
With her experience at TCW, Vicki brings knowledge and expertise about the Pool, its members, brokers, and the landscape in which special districts serve.
Vicki started her insurance career at another brokerage firm where she worked as an account manager in general commercial insurance. During that time, she earned her Certified Insurance Counselors certification.
Following that stint, she moved to TCW as an account manager, ending her tenure there as an account executive. Prior to her career in insurance, Vicki was a meeting planner who worked on city-wide conventions.
Vicki has been married for 25 years and has two grown children. Her daughter recently graduated from nursing school and works at Parker Adventist Hospital in the stroke unit. Her son is going back to school to pursue a career in engineering graphics. Vicki and her husband enjoy many summer activities, but playing golf is at the top of their list.
Vicki’s quick wit, positive energy, and outgoing manner have had a big impact on how we operate. Her eagerness to learn and contribute have helped us make new connections and execute new projects even in her short time with us.
Going forward, Vicki will continue to help members understand the value of their membership and help prospects realize what the Pool has to offer. Please join us in welcoming Vicki to our team.
