Member Service Spotlight: eRisk Hub

The risk of cyber attacks is not that you’ll get hacked, it’s that you won’t be prepared.

eRisk Hub is a website service operated by NetDiligence that provides comprehensive instructions on how to navigate a data breach as well as a whole host of additional services, resources, and tools.

We recently published an article on cyber incidents that have affected Pool members, and as cyber liability becomes increasingly more prevalent, it can be difficult to stay on top of incidents like data breaches.

Incident Road Map

eRisk Hub’s Incident Road Map is a comprehensive checklist that shows you exactly what to do following a cyber incident. This Incident Road Map includes links to a vetted list of third-party computer forensic services, a data breach response guide and workbook, and more. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the incident road map in forming your district’s emergency response guide.
